Storyboard

After several group meetings we decided it would be best if we totally cut out the final scene of the opening sequence, as a group we decided that it would leave more unanswered questions for the audience and would encourage them to continue watching the film presented if they had the chance to do so. Even though we were fully prepared for the final scene, it would have been a push for time due to it being filmed at school, in the girl’s toilets. Even though this was what I believe a good choice of location it appeared to be inconvenient for filming due to it being in constant use with the public (IE random school children are likely to walk in and out and ignore any signs presented to them) Without the final scene we still fit the time span, knowing this now it is obvious that if we were to film the outstanding scene our project would have been too long causing us to potentially loose a series of marks which wouldn’t have been what we wanted in the long run.

Crew and Cast List

As mentioned before the final scene was cut out and we chose not to continue with filming. The cast and crew chosen we personally believe suit the characters specifically designed for our project. The characters we used are stereotypic teenagers and focus on events that are popular for characters in that age category.

Script

The amendments to the script are included below. As shown below it cuts out the final scene and excludes the dialogue. As mentioned in other aspects on the blog, taking out the end scene benefited out production on a whole as it emphasised the introduction on the main characters elsewhere.
